About Circle Path

Circle Path Workplace Consulting is an Indigenous‑led consulting practice founded and operated by partners who are both women of First Nation and Red River Métis descent. With over 20 years of combined experience in labour relations and human resources, the partners have supported organizations across large unionized environments and non‑union workplaces in multiple sectors including First Nation communities, public sector organizations, private employers, and government agencies both on‑reserve and off‑reserve. Our work is guided by Indigenous values and the Seven Sacred Teachings — respect, honesty, humility, courage, wisdom, love, and truth. These teachings shape how we approach workplace challenges, emphasizing fairness, strong relationships, and working together as a community to create respectful and healthy workplaces.

Workplace Investigations

Independent investigations into workplace complaints including harassment, bullying, discrimination, misconduct, abuse of authority, workplace violence concerns, retaliation allegations, and breaches of respectful workplace policies. Investigations are conducted impartially, confidentially, and consistent with Canadian labour relations standards.

HR Advisory

Guidance on employee relations matters including discipline processes, workplace documentation, policy interpretation, and HR compliance. Support helps organizations address complex employee issues while maintaining fair and consistent workplace practices.

Mediation

Facilitated conflict resolution supporting employees, supervisors, and teams experiencing workplace disputes, communication breakdowns, or interpersonal conflict. Mediation helps restore respectful working relationships and improve workplace collaboration.

Remote consultations and remote workplace investigations are available where travel is not required, ensuring organizations throughout Manitoba can access independent and professional support.

Circle Path Workplace Consulting is led by Indigenous women of First Nation and Red River Métis descent with over 20 years of combined experience in labour relations and human resources across unionized and non‑union environments.

Professional designations and credentials include Canadian Indigenous Human Resource Professional (CIHRP) Candidate, Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) Candidate, and Industrial Relations certificate training supporting workplace investigations, mediation, and labour relations advisory work.
